Freelance AD, Producer, Filmmaker

Hi, I'm Bri Nguyen! I am a freelance filmmaker based in Dallas Texas. I specialize in producing and assistant directing on independent film sets. In addition, I hold a BFA in Cinematic Arts Production at the University of Texas at Arlington with Summa Cum Laude honors. I started making narrative films in 2015 at Garland High School in the International Baccalaureate Programme for Higher Level Film Studies (with a focus in Film and Video Production). My work has been shown in the Asian Film Festival of Dallas, Dallas International Film Festival, USA Film Festival, Dream Machine Film Festival, and has been a Nominee for the Texas Indie Filmmaker Awards.

My primary roles on set are typically as a producer, assistant director, writer, or director, which leaves me versatile in the realm of managing a production. I am confident in my verbal and written communication to make any project come to life. Outside of set management, I have experience working with DSLR cameras (with a focus on Lumix, Canon, Sony, and BlackMagic 4k), am capable of using the Adobe Creative Cloud, and Avid Media Composer.
